This was a lively event with crawfish, shrimp, cakes, and cookies!
1. Remove the head (if you prefer): hold the top of the crawfish with one hand, hold the other end in your hand above the tail, twist so that the tail separates from the head.
2. Use your fingers to pinch the end of the tail with one hand, then pull the meat out with the other hand.
