Melon and Watermelon Dessert

1 organic honey dew melon
1 organic watermelon
Slice honey dew into fourths
Cut eight watermelon disks (two per slice of honey dew)
Stack one watermelon disk into each of the flesh sides of honey dew
Top each with Greek yogurt
Add the second disk
Top again with a bit more Greek yogurt
Serve aside delicious gourmet cookies for those extra special meals.
