My Talk with Top Chef Chris Crary

My Talk Top Chef Chris Crary

I recently had the opportunity to chat a bit with Chris Crary. He got his start cooking in 
Florida and then journeyed out to California. Chris is now the chef at Whist Restaurant 
at Viceroy Santa Monica, California. The cuisine is Mediterranean and global with an 
emphasis on local 
and fresh ingredients.

You may have seen Chris on the television show Top Chef. Chris 
attended culinary school at Johnson and Wales University. I asked him about a cupcake
he made while on Top Chef, it was something he made "spur of the moment" and didn't have the recipe to share. Chris told me that he would keep me posted about the
possibility of cooking classes at Whist. I'll keep you posted.
