My Chat with Dax Holt
The term “Thirty Mile Zone” originated in the 1960s, when due to the growth of location shoots, studios established a “thirty mile zone” to monitor rules for filming in Hollywood. The program originated from America Online (AOL) as the company sought to enter the entertainment industry.
"TMZ altered the entertainment news landscape by changing the way the public gets its news. Frequently referenced by various media, TMZ is one of the most-cited entertainment news sources, utilized by national network and local news gathering organizations across the country."
I had a dynamic opportunity to chat with Dax Holt from TMZ after his interview with Ryan Seacrest. Food was our topic of conversation. Dax commented about his favorite cookies, "I like thin mints from the freezer". Dax also happens to be a fellow alumnus from California State University Fullerton.

Dax went on from producing TMZ to hosting Hollywood Pipeline, “a daily entertainment YouTube show focused on delivering you the best celebrity pics and video from around the world”.
