Celebrity chefs often tell audiences to squeeze lemons, limes, and other citrus in their hands. If you happen to have hands of steel from years of cooking in a professional kitchen, then you will not feel a sting.
If you do not have or do not want to bring out a large juicing machine, press, or have a squeezer handy this method will do the trick. This method is a very simple and handy trick. Using a zip bag prevents hurting your hands, losing juice, saving unused juice, and the bag can be cleaned and dried well for future use.
